How do I enter the Member of the Month Contest?
As a Credit Karma member, you’ll be automatically entered into Member of the Month if you have grown your TransUnion score by five points or more over the previous calendar month, and have logged in via the mobile app. If you do not qualify for automatic entry into the Member of the Month contest; members may submit an alternative method of entry. How is the Member of the Month winner chosen?
One participant will be selected in a monthly draw at random from all eligible & valid entries.

How do I get communications about Member of the Month?
Members will get updates about Member of the Month if you’re opted into “Send me communications with insights to help me make financial progress as well as special offers” in your contact preferences. If you want to receive push notifications, you can opt in to receive them as well by toggling ‘Push Notifications’ under your settings.

How do I claim my cash prize if I win?
If you’ve been selected as our Member of the Month, we will contact you via email, using the email address registered to your Credit Karma account. Make sure to respond to that email with all requested information, and we’ll transfer your prize money directly to your Canadian bank account. Want to know more?
